CONTENT & CUSTOMER STRATEGIES

During my tenure at Golden Steer, I contributed to the creation of over 400 email campaigns, with a significant portion utilizing Klaviyo. In addition to designing the campaigns, I also drafted the initial copy for many emails, some of which were used in the final version.

​Initially, we segmented our campaigns into three distinct categories: educational, recipe-focused, and product-focused. Over time, we found that even our educational and recipe-focused emails were effective at promoting our products, with just a few tweaks to the copy to make it more compelling.

AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE

To offer a more exclusive experience to our VIP customers, we introduced a luxurious gold and purple design for their emails. Communication was around offers such as 24-hour early access to a new product release or Black Friday specials.
